What? The Xbox 360 is being shown on MTV tonight?!

(Sarcasm of course - it's not like the build up to this has exactly been subtle!)

yea mirc or bittorrent is your friend in this case. ;) I'd watch it, but it's on the same time as wwe smackdown! and I'm not all that interested in a console...at least not a console I can see online an hour later =) Thanks for the heads up. Gotta love how mtv persists on calling itself music television with no music to be found.

Well that sucked the big one, nothing really new learned from it.

That was horrible, and since when is Quake 4 coming out for Xbox 360? Even though, it showed a little segment of outdoor stuff. Though, none of the games really impressed me, didn't really surprass Doom 3 in my opinion, Pefect Dark didn't look that great either, and the EA Sports crap are just in game movies :/

Lol yeah... I forgot about it and then somebody was like "OMGZ XBOX 360 on TEH MTV!@" on guild wars... so I turned it over and that was the most boring thing ever.

Worst "promotion" ever.

pretty weak. too many commercials, too much uneeded stuff, too much bands/music wasting time.

wasnt impressed by the tiger woods or tony hawk but everything else graphically looked decent.

now wheres my ps3? :D

CoD:2 didn't run smooth at all to me. Saw some bump mapping and lighting effects, that's a plus.. heh.

Err, if the show didn't reveal anything about the system, how can you speculate whether or not it will be good?

Anyway, how does the MTV presentation compare to the Gamespot video about it? If the MTV one is just all fluff, I won't bother getting it since the Gamespot video should give real info about the console.

I didnt think the gfx looked that great either, save GR3, but they gave us to small of gameplay videos to truly judge, time to wait for E3.

You also have to keep in mind that most of the games shown are most likely launch titles and aren't even finished.

PC gaming will always be at the forefront of advanced gaming technologies I'd think.

I can't frickin wait. I just wonder how PS3 will par up to the 360? As far as the MTV "promotion", it was just what I expect. Celebrities, music and not enough of what you really wanted to see in the first place. Oh well, E3 is next week and we'll get plenty of info then! :D
