Faulty Quadro4 750 xgl

Hi, recently I purchased a 2nd hand quadro4 740 xgl card but have found the card seems to be faulty. The problem is that with the card installed, the screen shows corrupt graphics - even the bios startup screen is messed up suggesting to me that is not down to the drivers. I've tried the card in another P.C and get the exact same problem. If anyone has any suggestions as to what the problem could be and how to fix it, I would very greatful.

I've got the same card giving me similar problems. But mine works FINE if I put it in a different PC, and the first PC works fine with a different video card. So I've got two PCs that seem to be OK and one Quadro4 that works beautifully in one machine and horribly in the one I NEED it in.

I was wondering if maybe it's not getting enough voltage or SOMETHING on the one system.
