Firefox seemingly keeps telling me the same update is available for download. its getting annoying..

I think perhaps something is messed up when back in the RC days, I followed instructions to tweak the update site it refers to or something.. i dunno..

i tried downloading the latest ver from the website.. v1.0.3 still keeps popping up.

anyone else have this problem?

Maybe you should just uninstall and then start over with 1.04.

Try uninstalling and then deleting your user profile, which is located in the Application Data folder in your user's Documents and Settings folder. Then reinstall. That should work.

I've had that problem also. I just completely deleted then reinstalled and it works fine now.

cool that worked. finally.

can't wait till IE comes out with tabbed browsing, AND new window browsing, like Firefox.. (the IE "wraps" Ive seen don't allow both simultaniously)
