Geforce 6600 GO or Radeon X700 ?

Friend is getting notebook . Spec wise its almoust exacly same except video card

Pentium M 2ghz
1 gig ram
ect ect

but big decision is on which is faster Geforce 6600 GO or Radeon X700 ? im looking for direct comparision but can't find any , single reviews are kinda poor , any help would be apreciated or linky :D

I could suggest to get Geforce 6600 Go, it will last much longer because it has PS 3.0, X700 dont have it and will last for around 6 months before next generation mobility with PS 3.0 to replace X700 mobility.
