I looked for a submit news, but must have missed it. Anyhow, thought you might want to announce this on the front page. June 21st for GeForceLAN 2!!
w00t!
You know, June 21st is really really close to the June 22nd date on a certain leaked document...... And last years event had NV40 launch.....
If something doesn't get launched at Computex, then it's definitely gonna happen at Geforce LAN 2.0...... :D

Well, I hope to see you all at the GeForceLAN 2.0 - From what I have seen on NV's website, it looks like it will be a great time, and a lot of fun.
Keep your eyes glued to www.geforcelan.com / www.geforcelan.net in the mean time.
Again, hope to see you there.

So they just updated the site....The update is in BLUE... .... So whos coming? When will this NVIDIA lan that is to " be the first to experience the next big thing from NVIDIA" make some noise arround here...
What is it?
GeForce LAN is NVIDIA’s way of saying “Thank you” to our fans, by hosting a day-long BYOC LAN party and case mod competition. Attendees will not only be able to play games on PCs featuring the latest NVIDIA technology, but also will be eligible to participate in the following NVIDIA activities:
• 4 category case mod competition
• NVIDIA partner raffle with big prizes
• Surprise contests with plenty of HUGE prizes from our partner sponsors
• Battlefield 2 64-person tournament with even MORE prizes
Free, custom NVIDIA tee shirts
• Free pizza and drinks all day
• PLUS, attendees will be the first to experience the next big thing from NVIDIA....
Where is it?
GeForce LAN will be held in San Francisco again, at a location to be announced only to those who have registered for the event. To attend, just block out that Tuesday, get your PC ready, and be ready to be in San Francisco early so you and your friends can grab the best seats in the BYOC!
Why is it?
NVIDIA has always been a strong supporter of the gaming community, and embraces the spirit of competition, and fun! GeForce LAN is our way of giving the gamers an unforgettable experience and allowing them to share the excitement that drives our products.
What was the first GeForce LAN like?
NVIDIA’s first GeForce LAN, held last April in San Francisco, was a smash hit, attracting over 300 gamers from around the world.
How do I get in?
Like last year, GeForce LAN can only accommodate a limited number of BYOC attendees. The good news is that NVIDIA can accommodate additional “spectators” to the event. While BYOC attendees will receive 2 raffle tickets, a place to game all day, ability to participate in unofficial tournaments and the case mod competition, those with a spectator pass can still check out all the action, get a raffle ticket, and take advantage of the free food and tee shirts offered by NVIDIA! *You must be 18 to attend*
What Tournaments?
32 vs. 32 Battlefield 2
5 vs. 5 Unreal Tournament 2004 Carball
What does it COST to attend?
$25 for BYOC
$5 for Spectator

From http://www.pdxlan.com/geforcelan/news.php:
"...
PLUS…attendees get to witness the launch of NVIDIA’s next generation GPU!
(...)
At the event, NVIDIA will give out tons of prizes from our industry partner sponsors, including:
...
Plus something new from XFX…."
So i guess one of the prizes will be an XFX G70.
