I thought its too good to be true, then i saw that guy named Bob in the customer reviews section, says its a TCC5 chips now not TCCD... anybody knows if OCZ really decided to stick TCC5 memory chips on the Rev2 platinum modules ?

TCCD has been out of production for a while. I'd have to dig up the link where I read it, but it seems that any opportunity to you have to get those chips is becoming limited.
