Memory Leak help?

Anyone know how I can find out whats causing my memory leak..??

Its happening in UT2003, Q3, Mafia and all the other games I play..I get this horrible studder after like 5 minutes of playing..I have memturbo running in the backround and my free memory gets to about 10 megs out of 384..

Are you talking about a stutter like every few secs you get like a spike in ur FPS? I get this, but after playing the game for about five mins it goes away, I dont know what is causing it.
