I'm sure we've all heard by now the wonderfull story about the worlds largest spam mailer getting innundated with junk mail to his new home.
He's talked to his attorney and threatened legal action against the anti-spamers who put him on the mailing lists.
Any legal experts out there want to take a venture to say that if Mr. Ralsky goes and sues these individuals, it then sets legal precedent for the rest of the e-mail using world to turn around and sue him? If he claims harrassment, shouldn't the rest of us be able to also?
It's an interesting thought....
