I just checked in /proc/driver/nvidia/staus and my agp is disabled. How do I enable it?It correctly identifies my card as a gf3 ti 500 and shows 1x 2x 4x as supported etc. edit:spelling

What chipset are you using? What's in /proc/driver/nvidia/agp/host-bridge? Are you using agpgart, or the internal nVidia NvAgp?

More info please... ;)

I have updated to 4191's and it is now enabled ???In that file I have sis(unknown)Quake3A is now recognizing it as gf3 agp in the driver info section and now is almost too fast as I have to turn my mouse speed down.I don't know if it was an issue with my chipset or what.

The issue was probably with your "SiS unknown" chipset. If it's working, then cool.

I've the same problem. The /proc/driver/nvidia/agp/status reports AGP disabled.

I'm using NvAGP 1. How to enable the AGP?
