I bet tey will. After all if they ship even
a few 100 of them they can claim they r shipping. "lol"
Usually you can find the products exactly 1 year after they were launched... lol
That brings us back to the NV40/R420 launch senario.

If 26th July indeed R520 launch date then it will still paper launch and R520 will go retail between Sept and Oct.
According the Product roadmap of MSI the R520 is planned in August.
June for G70 July for r520 = Fall to actually own one. Sure newegg, ebay and other online places will have them in August....for $400 more than the real price. People like me who don't order online and like to walk into a store and buy one will have to wait till sept/oct. before that can happen.

Not really you could get lucky, when the 6800GT's first came out they were overpriced until they for some reason became in stock in Outpost.com for July, and I got mine then for $399.

I'm suspecting the 520 will be a paper launch with hardly any real units available sadly. Thats what im hearing from alot of vendors.

When the GTs first came out [one of the first companies to have them out was eVGA and BFG] they were going for $400 to $300. I'm sure there's still a few people here with BFG GTs that only set them back a cool 3. I myself got my GT from newegg in June for MSRP.

And i saw only Inno3d, XFX, BFG and Leadtek cards all around..for 500USD..Damn me..

P.S: the 1st ever geforce 6800GT released was of XFX, followed by leadtek, then came BFG..for Hmm...$513USD..and yeah i am 100% sure. there was no evga available then.
All I know is I got my BFG in early July for $399.99 from Outpost.com
