I just load them into Daemon Tools then burn with Nero as a normal cd :)

Try dl the latest Nero version, trouble with nero could mean it have bugs and new version fixed the bugs. I am using Nero 6.6.0.13.

i guess if nero is giving you problems with bin files you could mount the bin in daemon tools and then create an .iso from the virtual drive then burn that with nero. just an idea....i actually have never used nero :D there are plenty of open source and free burners out there to suit my needs.

You can't burn .bin files directly, you either need to mount the image or find the associated .cue file, its the instruction set for the image.

technically couldnt you just create your own .cue file? i think i did this once. search around google to find the format, but i think you can just use a simple text editor to write the appropriate info (i believe its only a few lines) and then rename the file as "name_of_bin_file.cue"

id search for the info myself but the cd i was burning just finished and so im leaving the house now. good luck.

You can write your own if you know the information which is usually start, end and length of the burn.

Best thing to do is get ISOBuster and extract the contents of the .bin and then just burn them as a data cd in nero.
