hmmm, more than likely i doubt there will be a big performance gain at 1280x1024 over my 6800 gt. but ofcourse urge to upgrade > practicality and my wallet hates me for that. lol, will probably go all out and get a 7800 gtx 512mb version along with a amd 64 x2 setup.
