I Need Help Fast, XFX6600GT AGP IS'NT RECIEVING ENOUGH POWER

I just got my XFX6600GT put into my new comp and everytime i boot up windows it said that my GPU is not recieving enough power. Which of the cords running from my power supply is not connected?

Be sure to not use a fan only type of connector and use one that would normally be connected to an IDE device.
