Need Help With Memory Issue.

Hi guys,

I have a Lan Party UT nF4 Ultra-D MB/AMD FX-55 with OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Platinum Revision 2 1gig memory kit.

I decided to upgrade to 2gigs of system ram so I purchased another 1gig kit of the same OCZ memory.

After installing the new memory my PC reboots itself and somtimes it gives me a blue screen. I tried putting in the new memory by it self to see if it was an issue with the new ram but it works fine by it self.

Can anyone help me out? Is there any setting I have to select in the bios? I never overclocked so my system settings are all default.

Have you tried to loosen your timings? Such as CL at 2.5 or even 3 instead of CL 2. Something like 2.5-3-3-6 or 3-4-4-7.
Or, you might try running T2 instead of T1. This will create a performance hit compared with loosening your other timings which should not create a noticeable performance hit in gaming.

Thanks for the advice. It turns out that all I needed to do was up the voltage from 2.60 to 2.80. Everything works great now=)
