Does any one know of a good way to optimize the boot of Windows XP
My comp has developed a SLOW boot

TuneXP can help alot but lowering the amount of things that start up with windows is the best wat. Check your taskmanager right after boot and see how many processes are running. Its usually best to stay under 30 especially right after boot.

msconfig all the way!
i use that after i install anything. all that i allow to boot with windows is the 2 pieces of antivirus, and the nvcpl file. nothing else.
