Hi folks,

I'm planning to buy this motherboard in combination with a AMD64 3700 processor. However, I'm a FreeBSD user and found out that nvidia doesn't provide the necesarry documents for them to create their drivers :(

So FreeBSD works crappy on this motherboard and not all functions are supported while some posts even talk about horrible network interfaces on this motherboard.

What should I do for this problem? Should I still consider buying this system while knowing it will perform badly under my FreeBSD system? Or should I buy the Soltek SL-K890PRO-939 motherboard?

When can I expect nvidia to provide the FreeBSD team with documentation so this motherboard can expect to work better?

Best regards
Robert Gilaard
