DirectX9.0 release = NV30 review release?

I think it would make sence if nVidia and Microsoft will release DirectX9.0 and the NV30 independent reviews on the same date to get maximum exposure and to show off all new capabilities of a directX9.0 compliant card and of what dirext9.0 is capable of.

Rumors go that Dec. 19 directX9.0 will be released. Will we see also the first independent reviews and benchmarks of the NV30?

I don't think we'll get independent reviews tommorow.
However, I'm betting on new nVidia provided benchmarks, comparing more directly to the R300 in more interesting cases.
And if we don't get it tommorow, we'll certainly get it for christmas :D

MS already said that date was BS. As were the other dates the Inquirer said.
