What PCI/AGP dividers does kt266a have?

I corrupted my HD runnin @ too high of an fsb... yay... Nex time I'm gonna do the math and take it down a notch.

Everry time I start WinXP, it recovers from a serious error... All progs work, even benchies, and I've re-installed all drivers, AND I tried system restore, but the error's still there...

So:

1. What dividers does the kt266a chipset have?

2. Do I need to do a "recovery console" re-install of XP? Or do I need to just do a full re-install? I ask cuz I don't know the depth of repair in recovery console mode...

Give the recovery a shot. I was having problems with an XP system and when I did the recovery it worked just liked it had. It bacially installs all the system files again i think.

I also got that error message some times on my old computer.
Sayd that the comp had recoverd from a serious error even tho I know that I turned off he computer properliy or rebooted.

i believe the kt266a uses a 1/4 divider
