nForce 4 chipset temps

Hi all,
I was wondering what the temps for the nForce 4 chipset temps are. I read somewhere they can be anywhere between 0-90C without any problems. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I'm wondering how much the chipset can handle (I have the vanilla one, not SLI or ultra). Does it have a threshold tempature like nvidia cards?

I get something from high 30s & up to high 40s depending on idle/load conditions.
& sometimes on 50s on hot conditions!

Yep using nTune & SpeedFan.
its nForce 4 SLI BTW.
