CPU of VID Card Upgrade??

Currently have a Athlon XP-1900, and a Gefroce FX 5900 n/u

Wondering what I should Upgrade for better performance in games the CPU or the Vid Card?

Also my RAM is PC-2100, so will I be able to put a CPU in with a FSB over 266 and things still work.

Both in serious need for upgrade , how big is your budget $$ ?
newegg.com is your friend :D Athlon's 64 perform realy well even with slow ram , might save few coins on keeping yours.

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 146$
Cheap 939 MotherBoard 70$+
Decent DX9 cards from 150$ and up .

Most definetely the CPU :) You will need to ram also. DDR266 might work, but it could screw some stuff up, (not a proper ratio) Get some DDR400.

My budget is not sitting to well right now...

Everything I play now plays fine for me (HL2, Far Cry, D3, Guild Wars, etc..)

I'm just looking at a little of a performance increase...Hoping to be able to build a new comp in the next year or so....
