OK folks.. it's time from me to ask you guys from some assistance. I am sick and tired of my PC hard drives crapping out because of power surges or sags. I need a nice UPS that is going to keep my data safe and sound. The PC that needs the UPS is as follows.

NF2 Mobo
Athlon XP 3200
1G DDR
1 6800GT AGP
2 120G WD HD
1 300G Maxtor HD
1 DVD-RW
1 Floppy

I dont need alot of up time. Just enough so that the PC can automatically power off without corrupting the hard drives. Give me some suggestions please.

Thanks

I'm using a bunch of APS Back-UPS CS 500, each one connected to a P4 3GHz, 1GB PC3200 Corsair, 80GB Maxtor, NV 6600GT. They're able to last 5-8 mins under full load, more than enough to (automatically, they're connected to the PC via USB) do a clean shutdown.

Should you need more power/battery life, the RS 800 would more than fit your needs (we have one connected to a dual Xeon 3.2 GHz, 2GB DDR Corsair, 250GB Maxtor, 6600GT).
