Is this a pretty decent psu to hold me off till i can afford a nice PC Power and Cooling?

Yeah, I'm personally thinking of getting the 550 one for a couple bucks more. The rails are nice and the reviews are all positive. The blue LED is also pretty nice.

Antec TruPower 2.0 isn't a bad value at all. Get the 430W version. I think it's only about $25.00 more and has 23amps on the 12v rail.
I would suggest this one.

They just recently lowered the price of this unit from $65 to $54, nice price drop. This unit also has dual +12v rails @ +12V1@18A, +12V2@15A.
These are awesome units, quiet, built like a tank, very stable rails.

Antec's TruePower 2.0 TrueControl 550W version is <$130 USD and has two separate 12V rails offering 18A each. It has only one fan, making it quieter, yet more power than the TrueControl 1.0.

How about this PSU... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817182010

I dunno dude... I'm sure it's OK but if you can just scrap up another $30 you can move into something a little better like the Antec I mentioned. Power supply is the last component you want to scrimp on, believe me.

pfft, ive been reading, and this mobo hates Antec PSU's

Really, that's surprising. I know mine supposedly hates them as well yet I haven't had any problems. I bet you it would work fine.
