SLI-capable? Of course.
Dual core? No.
SLI on same PCB? up to the OEM, same as 6800/6600.

Where is the "No, it will be a slower GPU" option?

Obviously NOT!

:/ Where's the "no, G71 is the mid-range GPU, it won't be faster than G70 and it won't be dual-anything either" option? That's the one I want to vote for.

well now i can't add a 3rd option , and if is possible i don't know how :D

anyway for those who want vote for a mid range can vote for "faster" gpu meaning with faster just that has higher clocks

anyway the point of the poll was if it will be dual or not :P

Looks photoshopped. The color is off in between the cores.

I thought the G71 was just a slower card? Like a 7600 series type card. Just cause it says G71 doesnt mean it's faster, it's just next in-line. What are they supposed to name the lower cores? They cant do G69..they have to do G7x. People wish too much for things that have no way of happening.

I'm pretty sure it will be. Its 90nm and nVidia has learned from their mistake with the NV30 not to use a new process on a high end part. I'm guessing it will be 500-600mhz w/ 12 pipes and 8 ROP.

nvidia is not releasing a faster card, so chill. It wouldnt even make sense - look at the facts - NV is releasing the 7800GT. I agree with others though about it perhaps being a "7600" or so. Will be interesting to see, but I doubt us stuck with 6800 and lower cards will be able to laugh at 7800GTX owners (yet) ;).

no one ever said nv is about to release a FASTER card. all are saying, nv is prepared with a faster card, just in case r520 turns out to be a monster (like if it will score 11K+ points in 3dmark.) so yes, the 7600 will release before the FASTER card, as you term it.
I think you should chill.

You left out the "neither, it's the mid-range GPU" option.

Yeah I'm betting that's pretty much what we can expect.
