Leadtek 6800 GT Rez/AA configuration

Hi all,

Ive come to a crossroad and wanted to ask you all for your opinions. Ive narrowed down my configuration settings in games (hl2, bf2, ut2k4) to 2 settings.

1024x768 (2xaa, 8xaf)

or

1280x960 (0xaa, 8xaf)

Ive found that adding AA to 1280x960 gives me mouse lag. Its a trade off for higher resolution, or no jaggies, I'm having a tough time deciding.

what do you all think?

Athlon 64 3000+
Leadtek 6800 GT @ 390/1.08
1 Gig Kingston DDR 3200
Abit KV8 Pro
SB Live 5.1
19" Dell CRT

In HL2? are you sure.
i play hl2 with 1280x1024 4xaa+4xasf. my card is at stock clocks. and i get above 60FPS most of the times.
I dont knw of BF@, i dont have it as yet. and i dont play UT.

Mouse lag was in UT2k4 and BF2. HL2 i could run 4x8 no problems at 1280x960

I have a freind that has a Leadtek 6800 GT oced to Ultra speeds and runs it 1280 * 960 4AA 16AP on a 32" LCD TV and gets high 50s low 60s in BF2. It looks simply amazing. Go BF2, woot! :afro:
