The headphone out on that Kajaranananana audio board puts out a lot of power, I hooked up my little cmoy amp and my beyer DT250-250 phones and almost blew my head off. I can run these things straigh from the outputs, no amp needed. I don't know whether to be confused or impressed.

I wonder if PSU has anything to do with that? What kind do you have?

535 watt enermax... I don't think it's the PSU, but I've been wrong.

PSU is unrelated. It's just got hi gain outputs compared to most op amp headphone amp circuits they've got around these days. i confirmed this after i directly plugged in my sennheiser hd 600sand nearly sh@t my self. damn, that's amazing.
