Exactly why I hate pop music. I appreciate talent. Pop is not talent, nor is hip hop or whatever the **** you want to call it. Give me live musicians and I can appreciate it.

remember when milli vanilli got laughed off stage waaaay back when their CD player began skipping (apparently management thought it unwise to test out this new format called DAT), and the critics worldwide decried this new age of "musical misrepresentation"?
On the one hand, i can see the need for vocal "mixes" with tape, when the entertainer is dancing, such as madonna and janet jackson do. Really, ever try to sound in tune when your body is bouncing around, taking your diaphragm this way and that? it's scary.
But for some guy who walks around and gives ladies winks and "meaningful looks" for his show, that is absolutely inexuseable. i don't care if he WAS drunk, that guy just plain can't SING on command.
He'd get booed off of a friggin Holiday Inn karaoke stage for that crap.
