Need Rail Expert (PSU)

I have 2 power supplies, and can't decide on which one to keep... Yeah, one's a Powerman 250 and the other's a PowerMagic 450, butI fear that one may be better than the other. Here's the specs...

Powermagic 450:
Voltage: 230V
Current: 4A
Freq: 50-60hz
+3.3v: 30A
+5V: 30A
+12V: 16A
-5V: .5A
-12V: .5A
+5VSB: 2.0A
P/G: OK

3.3v + 5V = 125W MAX

ok... here's the next one:

PowerMan250:
AC in: 115/230v~
10/5 A
50/60hz
DC out: 250W
+3.3v: 16 A
+5V: 25 A
+12V: 13 A
-5V: .3A
-12V: .8A
+5VSB: 2.0A
P/G: ok

Fuse 6.3A
250V
+3.3 + +5V=150W Max
3.3 + 5 + 12V = 230W Max

Can somebody help me understand this a little better?
Cuz who knows, I could have a very robust 250 and a wery weak 450, or vice versa... I run a few fans off the PS, as wel as 1 HD and 2 CD/CDRW drives...

Any help would be appreciated.

spec wise that powermagic is much better.

Im not exactly sure if I am right here, but you should be looking at the 3.3v (30A vs 16A) and the 5v (30A vs 25A) I think that anything over 25A for the 3.3v is recommended.

Thanks for the opinion on the Powermagic... but do the specs appear to make it a "cheapie" 450? And, does anyone have the url of the story written recently on this subject?
