Simple enough of a question. I've heard reference to the 12V "rail" needing to output at least 18+V, so my question is do I have that?

its the max load on the +12v rail your looking for, more specifcally the Amp rating. You have 26.0A max on that rail.. it should be more than enough for a 6600gt..

i have an enermax 350w powering a 6800nu OC and my +12v rail is only 17A max.

Antec 430W is more than enough for a 6600GT. I'm using a 350W for my 6800gt oc'd @ ultra speeds.

More than enough. My PSU can't compare to that one and I'm running an overclocked 6800GT.
