I think they should chop off their heads. Just to see the reaction they get from the world media. As compared to the constant head chopping off of civilians and ambassadors and so forth, reporters etc by the media. So we then can compare which side the world media is on in this conflict. I'm also pretty sure the perps won't last long in prison before the brits shank em.

Seconded, you have to remember these people believe in a marty'd death they go to 70 odd dark haired virgins (why thats good i don't know), in paradise. The prospect of life in a dingy cell is far less appealing.

but cybersarge does make a point. The terrorists are going to use this as an excuse to do more bombings, and hold people hostage in exchange for the prisioners. If you would knock them off, at least you wouldn't have to deal with that.

When they are going to die in suicide bombings anyway, and have a stated aim of creating a global Muslim state under sharia law, why would locking up a few terrorists make any difference?
