These two graphics card coolers are new/unopened; HOWEVER it appears both are missing the thermal paste syringe. The syringe-shaped space is empty for both packages. The AC stickers, PCI backplate covers, and instructions are all visible and included.
A store sent me these erroneously in the place of two $2 AC products, and I refuse to pay return shipping for doing them a favor of correcting their error. Silly store.
