Schweet! Looks like Logitech finally starting listening to their audience about the lack of an SDK for the diNovo keyboard series included it with this new board. Bout time

The keyboard has two full-speed USB ports built in and a gaming mode switch, which, when turned on, disables the Windows key.

Thank god!

The thing looks like space ship or something. I've said it once and I'll say it again, I want a clean cut computer. No bling-bling. The keyboard has nice functionality, don't get me wrong, but as far as looks go, the optimus keyboard is what I'm waiting for.

$79.99 USD
That's just awesome. You could probably get music tracks to show on the LCD, etc which would be cool. This is my new keyboard soon.

I have this one - the tiny piccy doesnt do it justice but its the cleanest styled keyboard I have found - also uses short tap key caps for super smooth fast responce.

Side talking with a keyboard, apparently (read: Nokia N-Gage).

Yeah, the LCD is pointless. That is, unless you're running all of your games in 640x480 and can't bare to have the HUD actually be on-screen. If you want to monitor your computer, Motherboard Monitor's OSD is the way to go...

That's one ugly-ass keyboard. That's the reason I won't be buying it, I think.

Since most modern games control very well with a basic keyboard and mouse.
Joysticks, and game pads are not needed. In fact many PC games control better with mouse and keyboard.

Gaming mice, and keybards, are sort the game pads and joystics of the new age. But to me, all game pads and mice are all marketing bling bling, and incorperate features not nessary to play games. It's a ploy to make more money.

Bottomline: I'll stick with my $20 dollar generic keboard, and $20 dollar Logitec Optical Mouse. The funny thing is I can play any PC game just as good. :p

I would buy this if I could get CPU and GPU temperatures on the LCD while I was playing games or benching, anyone know if this is possible?

Looks nice, illuminated keys like my Eclipse and nice macro features plus a lovely LCD screen.

http://www.logitech.com/lang/images/0/7687.jpg

The Logitech® G15 keyboard offers gamers an unprecedented level of in-game information, programmability and control. Its adjustable-tilt, backlit LCD display shows you crucial information during game play, and lets you set timers to keep track of game events.

The 18 programmable "G Keys" allow you to execute macros—like casting spells in World of Warcraft—with a single button press, and the backlit keys are great for lights-out play. The G15 also features a switch that turns off the 'Windows' key, so hitting that button accidentally won't end your game.

The Logitech® G15 keyboard is completely customizable to help you play better. Try it and you'll never go back to a standard keyboard.

Play in the dark. Illuminated characters are easily visible in both bright- and low-light conditions, with three levels of backlighting for late-night gaming sessions.
Create and save macros with a press of a button. 18 fully programmable “G Keys” have three shift states each, for 54 possible custom macros per game
Eliminate cable hassles! Intelligently route mouse, headset, or other cables using convenient channels under the keyboard.
Record custom key sequences. Make on-the-fly additions to your key programming set with Macro Record button.
Watch and listen. Convenient media keys for easy management of audio and video playback.

Might have to give this a look :)
