Ran across this at techbargains.com. Obviously, it's backordered. I have had a reasonably good personal experience with Dell's backorder, though. I ordered my GTX in this way and received it within 2 weeks.

1. Go to http://tinyurl.com/cncq9
2. Add the GT to your cart
3. Add $11.05 worth of anything to make your total cross $500
4. Enter coupon code M2VMLSN9QBGT3T

Expires Friday 8/12. Tax in CA, GA, FL, ID, IL, KY, MI, MN, MS, MO, NV, NJ, NC, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, WA, VA, WI.

adds employee discount of 10 percent on all dell products: ooh 300 bucks for a 7800GT...soo tempting...

Tempting?!?? I'd say you're downright insane if you do *not* buy it :D ... until a few days back, PCIe 6800GT's were selling for $350+ (and some still are). And it's BFG... once the card is in your hands, you'll never have to talk to Dell again!

Bugger, why do all these good deals have to be for BFG products :(

I don't understand... BFG is supposed to be one of the best -- if not THE best -- card makers out there, in terms of product quality/reliability, warranty and customer support.
