Well I got the card on the 11th and have modded it on the 13th. Works like a charm. You can see my temps and other pics attached. I had to hook the fan to the motherboard because I'm not sure which is the ground and which is the pos on the card itself.

I find mine unbelievably noisy.. everyone says the stock is quiet but when playing games it's unbearable! farcry is a quiet game but the fan goes nuts!

I think i'll go for a zalman or something

Why dont you just test them with a multimeter until you figure it out?

There is no monitoring yellow wire coming off of the NV5 so I have no way of telling. I know thw max is 2000rpm and I can't even here it running.

Save you money and just do this - it brought my loads from 75 to ~55 idle from 54 to 45.
