Memory Burn In?

I just got a new dual channel set of OCZ PC4000...

I heard that you have to burn this ram in for it to OC and work well. If this is true, how do I do it, and what program do I use?

Because, when I OC to 3.6 and have the ram at 400mhz, I get a 5300MB/s memory bandwidth.

If I have the cpu at 3.0ghz, and the ram at 500mhz, I get under 3000MB/s memory bandwidth, and its not so stable.

This makes no sence...

What voltage are you running them at.

Do you have the VX RAM because the VX RAM does get better over time.

just gold edition, im running them at 2.85V
