VGA BIOS doesn't impact performance unless you've modded it with increased clock speeds.

i know but there is a lot of choices like the 5950 bios can i upgrade this one ??

Not on the XT you can't as there's much bigger difference in clock speeds when compared to the original 5900 non-ultra.

Before considering upgrading to a 5950u or any other moded bios, it is most important to establish how high the card overclocks with its original bios !

The idea being that you must first set any new bios's stock core and memory speeds no higher than your card's known max levels. That way, no matter which bios you flash, there should be no problems with booting and installing drivers. Then of course you just overclock to the new bios's max levels !
