For the benefit of anyone here that hasn't heard about this new engine in-the-making, drool over this lot:-

Looks like a possible Unreal 3.0 killer to me :)

You know the game is going to suck when there are only 3 people working on it.

Not really since it was only seven of them that created Savage which was a great game but slipped under the radar since it wasn't a big title.

BTW Savage 2 is in the works. :)

Mmhmm.. Savage is hot - I loved that game. Plus the Offset Engine is apparently at a good stage at the mo. They're currently looking for a publisher so that they can get a budget and an actual art/level design etc... squad, and some low level programmers. In other words, if we ever see Offset as a game, chances are it won't just have been made by three guys. My worry is that it's still a long way off, realistically, and UE3 is really just around the corner now. The fact is, as much as I like the look of offset, I don't think it looks thaaat much better (if at all) than videos of the UE 3.0 in action. I guess what I'm really saying is that these vids/screenies kind of flatter to deceive depending on when a game based on the offset engine comes. By the time we see one, these may be starting to seem a little dated.

Still looks awesome now though!
