Cleaning water tubes

What's the best way/liquid to flush a watercooled rig of any buildup? I did a thread search and all I've been able to find are a few threads on bush sucking on a bong (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/search.php?searchid=322984) and my own thread (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=42237)

That picture from my thread now has started a family of buildup and every now and then my water flow line sounds as if its doing short speed bursts. So me thinks its time for a flush and refill.

Suggestions, links, crazy off the wall ideas welcomed.

The best way (if possible with your waterblocks) is to disassemble them and scrub clean with a brush and any decent all purpose cleaner. If the lines are really in bad shape then I would replace. Otherwise, you might want to try running a diluted solution of CLR (http://www.jelmar.com/) (if you're talking about calcium buildup) and distilled water for 24 hours.
