Should I buy 512MB SDRAM or AthlonXP 2100+?

Please help me~

I can't decide which to get~

If I buy AthlonXP 2100+ I will get GlobalWIN CAK4-86 Extreme, Universal Cooler. (very loud).

or

KingMax 512MB SDRAM PC-150
with Thermaltake Memory Active Cooling Kit

*I currently have AthlonXP 1700+
and 256MB VTEC PC-133 RAM

PS: Is AthlonXP 2100+ unlocked?

I would suggest saving up a bit longer then buying a DDr motherboard and DDR ram. Buying ,ore SDR ra, today isnt really moving your system forward, you cpu is fine, what is holding you back is your SDR ,otherboard and ram.
