Dang, I wouldn't have spent the cash on a Linksys Wireless-G PCI card had I known this was available (can't return it either as I've already submitted the mail-in rebate). Oh well.

Does the Vantec controller ship with all the accessories found in the retail package or it it just the unit itself?

Its the fan controller and all the wires that came with it. Thats all that comes with it I believe. BTW, sorry about the wireless kit.
