Windows Xp All Programs Organising Issue

Theres a small nagging issue that has been bugging me since windows 2000 which has now happened on xp.

Where in the all programs box the programs are not organised properly.

Is there a option to press to organise it, or do you have to manually do it ?

On the start menu? If so, right click, sort by name should do the trick.
