I know that most of the G70 users have gone with the 78.03/01..
But what about us, the modest NV40 users? Should I join the 78 bandwagon or stay 77.77?
I just wanted your thoughts and input.
Thanks in advance.
Regards.

I'm currently using 77.76, the XG variant.
Considering their 78.11 driver, but haven't heard of 78.11 outside of their site - anyone have any opinions (I like to get a feel for what people thing of a driver revision before I try it).
While nV40 is no longer top of the range it hardly qualifies as "modest" hardware just yet...

I was using the 77.13 and all my games were running fine, but it useally best to just try them and see witch one works the best for you.

I've been using the 78.03 drivers since the application profiles were finally fixed and all my settings finally work correctly with each application profile I create.

XG Versions always seem to work best for me, 77.77 HDs are good, 77.56 HDs and 77.76s are all very similar. 77.77s are on here right now, but I feel the 77.56s have better IQ.

72.14 for MCE. When I try the regular XP drivers on my MCE system, the TV window gets artifacts.

So I tried Zer0point 78.03, and gained 1 FPS in Source video stress bench.. and IQ seem a tad better too! yay!
