FINAL PRICE DROPS!! (8pm EST, Sept. 29)
Friends, I've got to sell my rig.
:(
I don't particularly want to, but my present work schedule and financial situation demand it. In the meantime I'll cob together some low end socket A rig to serve my media, and maybe by february I'll once again purchase parts for at least an X2 3800/nv40 setup.
I'm thinking $550 SHIPPED, minus the CRT monitor. Sounds fair to me.
EDIT: I suppose I'll part it out if I get enough interest in everything...
- JUST ADDED TO PACKAGE: FREE CANON BJC-3000 AND HP SCANJET 5300C
- Athlon 64 3000+ Winchester core, does 2520 mhz
- Gigabyte K8NS Ultra-939 nforce3 Ultra motherboard, can be coaxed to 280 HTT
- 1gb (2x512mb) Kingmax PC3200 (performs like Corsair valueRAM)
- BFG Geforce 6800 OC 128mb OR for $90 less, a Leadtek 6200 (fully unlockable to 6600 @ 450/675)
- SilenX 120mm copper cpu cooler
- ATA-100 40gb PATA 8mb cache 7.2k HD
- Lite-On 48x CD Burner
- LG 16x DVD drive
- 600W dual-fan PowerMagic PSU (good solid unit, 24A 12v rail)
- Cybertron Mid-Tower case (good looking case, actually)
- CM Gear brushed aluminum keyboard
- Razer Boomslang 1000 mouse
- Floppy drive
I can also bundle speakers, and have a 17" emachines monitor that I'd let go for shipping cost + $5. This machine has been rock stable, and is only in need of a couple 80mm fans, as the Zalmans I've had have recently crapped out.
PM me for more details. I'm open to shipping after reciept of shipping funds, then accepting the remaining balance after reciept of the rig.
I seriously need to get rid of this rig, and would rather sell it to a forum member here than anyone in my area, because I know if someone buys it off of here, they'll take care of it. In overclocked/6800 trim, this is still a potent gaming system, and heck, it's still even decent at stock speeds, using the 6200 unlocked.
I'm not retiring from here at all. :D But I gotta make a sacrifice right now that will help me now, so I can continue and further my involvement later.
:)

1gb (2x512mb) Kingmax PC3200: $70

PowerMagic 600W 24A 12v rail dual fan PSU: $16

... and the monitor, well, if you want it, pm me and we'll talk about it... it's basically a KDS Visual Sensations 17", and looks it's best @ 1152x864, 75hz...
If I get like ONE bite on ONE thing, I'll hold off on parting it out... I need either a lotta interest in all my parts or a lotta interest in the rig itself. I don't wanna be stuck with a paltry $150 or so, and have 2/3 of a rig layin around while my moving deadline passes me by... if ya know what I mean...
I really don't wanna sell this to some college kid who's gonna abuse it, guys. C'mon!! :D:D
Thanks again for everybody's support.
