I install Easy Office Premium,now I try uninstall but I getting this message

Install Shield(R) Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Please help.

Just boot into safe mode and try to uninstall using add/remove programs.

When I go to add/remove programs and click remove thats when this message appears.

We understand that. Does it do the same thing when you do the same thing in safe mode?

Also, you may want to try reinstalling the program, using the same options/directory. Then try to uninstall.

Can you tell me how to remove under safe-mode please.

Reboot your system, press F8 while booting, select "boot into safe mode", then go to add/remove programs and try to uninstall, post your results.
