Dude where's my monkey?

I preordered the desert of flames EQ2 expansion and eb didn't give me a code to get the monkey! I think a lot of people have the same issue:

I have the digital download version and were not suposed to get a monkey, yet after a server note about the monkeys i tried /claim and there it was. Odd
