I'm looking for the Asus P4GD1 (socket 478, ddr1, PCI-E)
I've only seen it in online shops in France. Any1 seen it in North America?

Well, My CPU runs at 3.4GHz on a 1133 FSB. I figure it would be nice to have PCI-E and 1:1 on my ram. My chipset is the limiting factor for 1:1 because of some latency issues. There's a whole thread about it over at ABXzone.
Mostly for PCI-E on my P4. I'm not ready to let it go yet!!!
If I remember correctly Asus designed that mobo to turn Pentium-M into gaming bombs. They sold it with a socket adapter for P-M. I think.

oh! I remember reading a review for that board in CPU Magazine a number of months back. It seemed like a great board, especially because you could use socket 478 or the Pentium M, right? Or is it LGA775?
