Task Manager...anyone?

I am not sure how this happened but one day i turned on my task manager(right click the bar on the bottom of windows XP or press ctrl -alt - del) and i noticed my task manager had completely changed. There was no longer several tabs I could look at. Instead there were... no tabs at all instead just a window there listing all the processes running. I can't close this window either unless I press alt-f4. I would like to get my old task manager back, does anyone know how?

Just double click anywhere along the edge of the window and it'll go back to normal.
