Disable DualView completely?

I'd like only to use built in nView single display/clone modes etc. and not have Windows think I have two monitors (my second "monitor" is TV out).

If I load windows without my AV switcher set for PC, then this is what I get. But if I leave it on PC and then boot, then I get the DualView ugliness.

Can I disable it from appearing all together?

Perhaps if you edit the INF and reinstall the driver. There are sections where DualView appear in the INF. For example,

[NVIDIA.Mfg]
%NVIDIA_Win2KDualView% = nvDual, DISPLAY\nvWin2kDualView

and

[Strings]

; Localizable Strings
NVIDIA_Win2KDualView = "NVIDIA Dualview"

Yeah already tried that one, it's for Win2k.
