Can you do it an how?

I think nhancer provides an option for 16xAA for single cards. I think 16xAA has a max resolution of 1280x1024 though.

Obviously SLI16x is not possible for single card.
i suggest nHancer for that or modifying the game profile with the value "1000001a" .
though remember not all games work with 16xAA.
