Best budget AMD 64/ SLI 6800 GT PSU

I am going to get a second 6800 GT and need a new PSU to make that move. Will you please give your opinion on the best budget PSU. Budget I mean price and value. I do not need a super duper best money can buy. I just want a low price PSU that will do the job without problems.

SeaSonic S12 500w or Sparkle 530w both can get gotten for under $150 and are great.
