I'm having a hard time deciding which OCZ PowerStream PSU to get. They have 2 new SLi PSUs, one is 520 and the other is 600. Now I'm not a huge component guy, I'm most likely only gonna have 1 HDD, 2 optical drives, a floppy, a WC set-up and the 2 vid cards of course. From what I read 520 is enough (it has a peak of 620)..... Would getting the 600w version of this PSU be a wise investment? Or should I just buy the 520?

Either one should be fine. Personally, if it were me, I would get the 600(20A on both 12v rails).

I would get the 520.
Personally, I'm a fan of one, single, beefy 12v rail.

They both have dual rails.

I would go for the 600w, but if your gonna spend that kinda money, you might as well Go PC Power and Cooling, or Seasonic.

Well I guess, I should also add that I really don't wanna spend 200$ for the PSU.... not even that I don't want to, I kinda can't almost. Sure I'd go for PCP&C if I were spending that much money. The only reason i'm even considering the 600 is cause of that rebate that pretty much scrapes the limit of my budget for the PSU.

Anyways, if I get the 520, I can get a little better ram as well so I think I'm gonna go with that. Over on dfi-street they said that the 520 Power Stream has been tested to be the best PSU for the DFI SLI-DR mobo. I don't think I should have any problems running my system with it, so I guess im gonna go with the 520.

Yes, the powerstreams are very good powersupplies.

The Modstreams are a little... meh, though.

If you're going to spend 190 for a psu, it might as well be the pc power & cooling 510 sli
otherwise go for the 520w ocz

I went with the Powerstream 600w because I didn't want to pay $50 shipping to get a PCP&C to Canada, so far not regretting it, runs really really cool and the rails are rock solid.

That is the truth!
I have a modstream and my Ultra PSU had better Rails under load than my OCZ.
